About Us

We believe every American deserves equal access to the digital world. That’s why we’re dedicated to helping businesses and organizations improve the accessibility of their websites — ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a landmark civil rights law passed in 1990 that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities.

Our mission is to:

✅ Identify accessibility barriers on websites that may prevent users with disabilities from fully engaging with your services.
✅ Educate and guide website owners step-by-step to meet accessibility standards, including the
ADA Title III (which covers public accommodations, including many websites) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
✅ Provide documentation and best-practice guidance that demonstrates your commitment to inclusivity and helps mitigate legal risks.
As citizens, we recognize that compliance with laws like the ADA is more than a legal requirement — it’s a reflection of our values. Protecting the rights of people with disabilities strengthens our communities and makes the digital world more inclusive for all.

Important Note:

While there is no official government-run ADA “registration process” for websites, we help businesses prepare accessibility reports and statements of compliance that demonstrate their proactive efforts. We do not have the legal authority to block or shut down websites — that authority rests with the courts. However, failure to comply with accessibility requirements could expose businesses to complaints or lawsuits under ADA Title III.
We are committed to working alongside you to improve your website’s accessibility, foster trust with your users, and strengthen your brand’s reputation.
